Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check In: 14:00:00 (2pm)
Check Out: 10:00:00 (10am)

Early check-in may be available on the day of arrival. Please contact the property 24 hours prior to enquire.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
A valid credit card or cash security deposit will be required upon check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charge
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
If arriving outside of office hours (see below) please contact the office at least 24 hours prior to arriving as you will need the access code to the key safe. A small safe is on the wall beside Reception and the code will provide you access to an envelope which will contain your keys and instructions on how to get to your apartment.

Saturday: 9.00 to 12.30

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-out may be available on request. A small charge is applicable for departures after 10:00am.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required at the time of making a booking
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 9.00am to 12.30pm

Sunday: 9.00am to 10.00am

Public Holidays: Limited Office Hours

Q: Can I book local attractions tickets at reception?

Q: Can I have a party in my apartment

Sorry – you are staying at the wrong Resort for parties. As we are a family friendly resort, we have a strict NO PARTIES policy.

Q: How far away is the beach?
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the Resort
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Cafes, restaurants, clubs, convenience store, liquor store, pharmacy and variety shops are all within easy walking distance.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?

The local bus stop is within an easy walk from the Resort and has regular services throughout the day.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Coles Supermarket is located 3 blocks away and is within walking distance. Woolworths Supermarket is approximately 2 kilometres from the Resort

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities. 

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
We are happy to offer FREE WIFI to all our guests. (usage limits apply).
Q: What facilities do you have?

Q: How many floors are there, and is there a lift to each apartment and is secure parking available?
The main building housing RECEPTION has three levels and does have a lift although there are two or three steps from the lift to the various apartments. This building has secure basement parking. The other building has two levels and each apartment in this block has its own lock-up garage. The lift access cannot be guaranteed when making a booking, however a request can be submitted and notes will be made to ensure we do our best to accommodate your needs
Q: Is all linen provided?
All of our apartments are fully self-contained. This means that everything you need is provided, including linen and cooking utensils and equipment.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Guests on an extended stay over 8 nights have a mini clean and linen change during their stay.

Initial supplies of sundry items such as toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up detergent and dishwasher powder are also included. Should these supplies need replenishing during your stay, then these can be purchased for a small price from Reception or from the local supermarket.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our 25 metre pool is heated year round

Q: Are beach towels available?

Beach towels are available for hire at a small cost of $5 per towel for the duration of your stay.
