Booking Deposits and Final Payments:
A deposit is required to secure each reservation and must be paid on credit card or via direct deposit at the time of making the reservation. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit.

Low Season – outside of QLD school holidays and long weekends
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

High Season – QLD school holidays and long weekends
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Automatic payment for final balance owing: Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the credit card provided at the time of placing the initial booking, when your final balance is due to avoid cancellation.

A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charge

Specific unit requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation policy:

Low Season – outside of QLD school holidays and long weekends

For bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00. If cancelled 7 days or less, all monies will be forfeited.

High Season – QLD school holidays and long weekends

For bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00. If cancelled 14 days or less, all monies will be forfeited.

We recommend travel insurance to all our guests and encourage guests to book direct.

About the Property:

  • Apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering.
  • Air conditioning in lounge/dining area. Ceiling fans in bedrooms.
  • Foxtel and free Wifi in all apartments.
  • A basic “convenience kit” including dishwashing powder/liquid, laundry powder, tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper is provided. Further supplies can be purchased. Please note hair products are not supplied.
  • Linen is provided for your stay. Beach and pool towels available for hire.
  • Resort facilities include a 25m lagoon swimming pool, large outdoor spa, children’s wading pool,
    playground, steam room, mini golf and BBQ areas.
  • Secured parking is available for one vehicle per apartment.

We have a No Party policy, No Smoking and No Pets policy

Getting here:

If travelling by plane, the Sunshine Coast airport is approximately 10 mins drive from the Resort. If travelling by road, take the Coolum exit off the Bruce Highway and follow the signs to Coolum. Frank Street is the last street on your left before the Esplanade. The Resort is located on the left hand side of Frank St, number 9-21.

Please read these conditions carefully. Each person signing these conditions (“the Guest”) acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as “Guest”) occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest.

  1. Charges must be direct deposit or credit card before occupancy commences.
  2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt
  3. The Guest will be liable and authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body corporate property caused by any Guest
  4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose
  5. Guests must only park cars in the designated areas
  6. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight
  7. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex
  8. Neither the Body corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which the guest may sustain while on the complex
  9. The Guests must comply with the by-laws rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager – this includes NO Smoking on the premises
  10. There is no refund for early departure
  11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions
  12. The manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment.
  13. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund is given of the deposit less an administrative fee, will only be made if more than 14 day’s notice in high season and 7 days in low season (see above for Cancellation Policy).
  14. If the occupancy ends or is terminated the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The
    Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property.
