*Full payment required upon booking for reservations within 2 weeks of arrival and all Stay /Pay deals.
Check-in time: from 2pm
Check-out time: by 10am
Reception hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday; 8:30am to midday Saturday. Please contact us on 07 5473 9775 for instructions if arriving outside of office hours.
A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charge.
Apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering with air conditioning in lounge/dining area and ceiling fans in bedrooms. A basic convenience kit is supplied for your first night
Linen is provided for your stay. Stays over 8 nights will receive a mid stay service clean and linen change. Beach and pool towels available for hire.
Specific unit requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Most units have lift access. 4 units are walk-up.
Our resort is smoke-free and we have a No Party policy.
Secured parking is available for one vehicle per apartment.
Property Cancellation Policy
For bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00
If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
